Webpage 45lines.com first publishes two photographs of these terrorist exercises, from which are clearly identified the current state secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Croatia, Zdravka Bušić and her more experienced friend, Mercedes Škegro.
Croatian Secretary of State Zdravka Bušić (Logarušić) actively participated in terrorist acts in US in the late seventies and the early eighties, without ever having be responsible before US justice.
She is a librarian by profession. Her study was funded by her late husband Vinko Logarušić. She was the only one among the members of the terrorist organization HNO (l) who was capable of writing and speaking excellent English. Her husband, Vinko and his group, were convicted of sending bombshell letters to the rich American Croats to give money for the “Croatian Fight”. She was not suspect in this criminal case.

Earlier, in 1976, her brother, Zvonko Bušić, hijacked plane, and during that action, an American police officer was killed. Zdravka Bušić Logarušić was then not suspected of complicity even though he belonged to his brother’s group.
Marijan Buconjić, Jozo Brekalo and Vladimir Dizdar, members of the same terrorist group HNO (l) in June 1977, went to the UN building in New York and took hostages. They ended up in jail.
A month later, in August 1977, Bruno Bušić, cousin of Zdravka and Zvonko Bušić decided to record a Swedish television movie “Croats: Terrorists or Freedom Fighters”.
The producer of the film was a prominent Swedish journalist Bengt Göransson. The part in which he participated Bruno Bušić was shot early this autumn in Germany, Schwarzwald. To show how to emigrant Croats all over the world prepare for the armed liberation of Communist Yugoslavia, the second part of the film was shot in the US, a mountainous area next to Cleveland. hat part of the armed play in Ohi was organized by Vinko Logarušić, and his wife Zdravka personally participated. She was dressed in a uniform and armed with a gun. Along with her was her best friend Mercedes Škegro.

Some Croatian authors believe that Zdravka Bušić was working for the FBI and for that reason had never been prosecuted for involvement in terrorist activities, while her brother Zvonko, husband Vinko and others were sentenced to the most severe prison sentences.
A respectable US intelligence expert, John Schindler, right about Zdravka’s HNO (1) believes that some “Croatian fighters” worked at the same time for the FBI and the Yugoslav secret service.
Did the same happen with LAGBOMB? For decades, Zvonko Bušić insisted he had nothing to do with that attack. Rumors long swirled in Balkan spy circles, which I’m acquainted with, that OTPOR had done the LaGuardia attack, which wasn’t meant to kill anyone—the NYPD’s faulty timer theory was correct—but the bomb was made by an UDBA provocateur seeking to discredit the group. Veteran UDBA hands tell the story that the real bomber was one of theirs and also an FBI informant, and after the LAGBOMB disaster the Bureau protected him… Mr. Bušić took his own life in 2013, aged 67, despairing of the realities of life in free Croatia. He insisted to the end he had nothing to do with the December 29, 1975 atrocity.
